Hi there. My aunt and uncle are right now remodeling their house, and here's what my aunt had to say about her contractor:
Our contractors are Hanson Construction Corporation. The phone # is 408-517-0300. Brad Hanson is the owner. They are really great. I have had NO problems with them and can only sing their praises. We are ahead of schedule and VERY close to budget with the only up-charges being ones that I made or ones that were due to vendors increasing their prices in the New Year (I did all of my price cost estimate "shopping" in Sept so we based our budget on that - we didn't sign our contract until Dec and real shopping happens after that, so you can't help what vendors will do). Anyway, I highly recommend them.
I'd suggest giving them a call and chatting with them to see how they can help you. Hopefully that's helpful!
