We are a Stanford University startup based in Silicon Valley, USA. We want to identify the best web developers and software engineers in Santiago, Chile. We are not interested in companies, but individuals. We are particularly interested in talented people that are seeking personal growth. Part-time (50%) or full-time. Highly motivated students, recent graduates, or experienced engineers. We pay careful attention to skills, accomplishments and values.

--Math/Physics background.
