I'm owed 6 months rent for 1 BR apt which tenant was suppose to pay by working one day per week.
He did not work as promised and without notice moved out middle of night. I have no written agreement but just found when he is living now. The amount of lost rent is $400 x 6 months = $2400.
My question is this worth going after in Small Claims Court to get noncollectable judgment/settlement?? Thanks
