Before starting your own company you should think if that is really going to benefit your business. Some times declare a company is fancy but in terms of business not the best solution. If you don't have other developer at the time, you may still want to be professional or even consultant instead of have a company. Be very careful on the fiscal side. Companies tend to pay more taxes than individuals, you better check how does that work in your country. If you decide to have a company, because your starting ( don't know what is your budget, I'll assume is limited) you may just want to have colors and possibly a logo that differentiate you from the others. Just be careful what you use, blue gray and white are formal colors, they show good standing. A graphic designer can lead you very well. There are a lot of pages that will create you a logo for less than 15 dollars, ask google. Management, should be an easy task if your company is only you or a couple more. Be careful how do you declare your taxes. A lot of good programs to have control your company exist, Quickbooks is a good example. But while you start you may use Excel or any other similar. I know therea are a huge selection of open source solutions. Check sourceforge. The best way to make people notice you and make more bussines is, doing things right, Satisfied clients, will give you the best publicity. Suerte con tu empresa.

(This will very much depend on how much will it cost you at least 6 months of working on your own, either from home or an office)
Do you like to sell?
What is the main reason why you want to go solo?

Thanks to everybody. I'll take in mind all your advices. Aun me encuentro en una fase de planeacion, recoleccion de fondos para la compania y busqueda de companeros que se quieran aventurar tambien.
Como dijo @alnavarro, debo crear una identidad para la empresa, un logotipo y eslogan que la representen, entre otras cosas. Estare trabajando en esto.
