I have a room for rent in my spacious, sunny San Francisco apartment AVAILABLE AUGUST 16th!

Let me tell you a little bit about the apartment:
- It's two bedrooms - one of them being mine and the other being your new room
- It's good-sized – 1,125 square feet.
- The apartment also includes a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a spacious kitchen. The house floors are beautiful hardwood.
- Your bedroom is sunny and warm, with a nice full-sized closet, and additional storage space for your stuff in the garage if you need it.
- I have lots of great apartment necessities that you're welcome to use - a microwave, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, pots and pans, TV, a couch, etc. The bedroom also comes with a bed which you can use for free for as long as we live together!
- Free laundry, including a brand-new, large-capacity front-loading dryer.
- We have cable television and DVR!
- The rent is cheap ($940!) although it doesn't include utilities (see those costs detailed below).
- Our landlord is attentive, kind and respectful of our privacy.
- We're located in inner Sunset and on a clear day you can see the ocean from our living room and dining room windows!
- The neighborhood is quiet, safe and mostly residential.
- There is a Safeway literally directly across the street and the L-line train stops just four houses away at the corner of our street, which takes you directly downtown. We are also 2 short blocks from 19th Avenue and the bus to SFSU (which is one mile away).
- Stonestown Galleria and West Portal shopping areas are both very close by, making it convenient when you don't feel like traveling downtown to get your shopping done!
- There is permit street parking throughout the neighborhood and it's always easy to find a nearby spot.
- Unfortunately, we are not allowed to have pets, but I might be able to talk the landlord into a goldfish or two

A little bit about me:
- I am a 23-year old female, who is relaxed, responsible and friendly. I graduated from UC Berkeley a year ago and now work for a technology-focused PR firm downtown.
- I am pretty laidback. I'm definitely not the neatest person around, but I like the apartment to be presentable and comfortable to live in. Please be willing to clean every two weeks or so or pay someone to do it for you.
- I spend most of time at work and a good deal of time at my boyfriend's house, but I do like to come home and relax (often with my boyfriend in tow!), so big parties and lots of rowdy guests are a no-go
- I am a stickler about paying rent and bills on time, so you need to be VERY responsible.
- Also a stickler on the following: no smoking, no drugs, no wild parties, etc. Basically, just try to be respectful of me and our neighbors.
- I would prefer a female roommate, but men you're welcome to apply as well!

Costs:
- Rent $940
- Utilities (PG&E, Comcast, Water, Trash) - approx. $110-120/month

The apartment is a fully-furnished, very relaxed, laid-back environment. I'm not looking for a new best friend, but it would be great to find someone who I get along with, since we will be sharing space I hope you'll feel that it's just as much your home as it is mine!

The apartment is available beginning Saturday, August 16th. You will be subject to a one year lease signing with the landlord.
