Hey Zakolus, have you checked with your neighbors? Put up flyers around your neighborhood? Convince people that they're doing something good by recycling their computer to you rather than throwing it away. Or maybe if there's a local computer store you could get a part-time job there in exchange for them letting you play around with stuff? I'm not much material help, sorry, but hopefully these ideas will help a bit.
