Right now we're looking for smart and hard working J2EE Java developers with the following skills ...
* Professional experience programming J2EE Java web applications (must be able to discuss in detail).
* Understanding of the full lifecycle of web application development (Servlet, JSP, JDBC, Tomcat and Apache).
* Solid understanding of DB design including ORM frameworks such as hibernate with spring & MySQL.
* Knowledge of Struts, Tapestry and other MVC patterns is a real plus.
* Testing tools: JUnit, HttpUnit, JMeter, Log4j.
* Best practices: CVS source control, unit testing, ACID transactional integrity & backup support.
* Working knowledge of Linux needed to configure, develop, and be able to debug these applications.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
* Ability to understand and provide technical documentation.
* Self-motivated, naturally curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. (Aggressive, proactive, down to earth, creative).
*Experience with PHP (a plus)
* Interest in learning other web application technologies such as Ruby on Rails.
