We are looking for an outstanding web developer with experience in xhtml/css, php and open source programming structure (CMS -- WordPress, Drupal and/or Joomla knowledge).

The ideal candidate MUST have:
• Attention to Details (IMPORTANT!)
• Advanced knowledge/experience with HTML/CSS
• Able to generate compatible and organize XHTML code (all browsers)
• Use of Dreamweaver or any other editor
• Experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) platform
• Extensive experience with CMS: WordPress, Drupal and/or Joomla
• Intermediate / Advanced coding skills for PHP
• Experience using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript
• Understanding of relational databases, schemas particularly MySQL
• Effective English communication skills to read, write, and talk using Skype

Desirable:
• Experience using Fireworks/Flash/Ajax
• Use of JQuery and Prototype
