Information Technology Associate

The Information Technology Associate is responsible for problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer support requests. Must respond to, research and accurately resolve technical issues in a timely manner. In this key role the chosen candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ultimately drive 100% customer reference-ability. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, solution oriented, high performing team.

Responsibilities:
• Customer support primarily on Windows platform
• Provide support using multiple channels including email, web and phone
• Document all customer issues in tracking system including incoming and outgoing correspondence, accurate problem description, steps to reproduce and resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, IT consulting
• MS Certified Engineer (big plus)
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills (verbal, and written) – The ideal candidate MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
• Strong customer-facing and relationship building skills with a passion for customer service and success
• Proficient at workload prioritization
• Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work from home through the Internet during US business hours (9am - 6pm EST)
