The Information Technology Associate is responsible for problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer support requests. Must respond to, research and accurately resolve technical issues in a timely manner. In this key role the chosen candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ultimately drive 100% customer reference-ability. Responsibilities:
• Customer support primarily on Windows platform
• Provide support using multiple channels including email, web and phone
• Document all customer issues in tracking system including incoming and outgoing correspondence, accurate problem description, steps to reproduce and resolution
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, IT consulting
• MS Certified Engineer (big plus)
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills (verbal, and written) – The ideal candidate MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
• Strong customer-facing and relationship building skills with a passion for customer service and success
• Proficient at workload prioritization
• Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work from home through the Internet during US business hours (9am - 6pm EST)
