Small and cute, non furnished... can pay 6 month up front on day of lease... office in SOMA... sometimes commuting to the peninsula... new to the area, dont really know where in SF to live..

It's not the Marina, but there's an empty apartment in my building in Nob Hill. They're doing work on it so I don't think it's listed on Craiglist or anything, but I'm happy to put you in touch with the landlord if the Marina doesn't work out! And I'll keep my ear to the ground for places in the Marina.

I have a small room in my house opening up at the end of Dec. My house is in a nice part of the Mission, very close to BART and both freeways. I ride my bike to work in SOMA, so that's pretty convenient too. It's a very nice, modern, bright house with 3brm, 2.5 baths. I have one other roommate, and a dog. The room itself is a bit small, the the rest of the house is large, and has a great kitchen. Let me know if you're interested.
