I need a clever Halloween costume that would look good on a college male by Saturday night. If possible, I'd like to keep costs below $25.

A buddy of mine used an old madras with foam inside a textile cover. He cut out the shape of his body from the foam and made holes in the cover. And so he "wore" the madras... with arms, heads, and foots sticking out... it was fun! If you write "Sleep on me" on the back its even funnier...
