We are currently looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer with outstanding English communication skills. The candidate must understand how to develop cutting edge, data-driven sites from start to finish and have a strong understanding of emerging technologies.

Requirements and responsibilities include:
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented design, coding and testing patterns.
- 3+ years developing Ruby on Rails web applications
- 5+ years developing front end interfaces using advanced HTML/CSS code.
- Thorough understanding of website development as it relates to the front end integration.
- Thorough quality assurance planning and testing, including cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure that code follows functional specifications and meets current industry standards as well as in-house/client best practices.
- Ability to work in a project team and take direction, but also be self motivated and independent.
- Ability to adhere to time-sensitive deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
