Palo Alto 21st Birthday Spots
I'm trying to organize a dinner and bar night for a good friend's 21st birthday, and wondering if anyone knows any great, trendy spots for drinking and dining in downtown Palo Alto? I was thinking that reserving a table at the Old Pro might be fun -- does anyone know whether they do that for parties or not? It would be on a Saturday night, in case that complicates things. Thanks!

Hey! I know I've seen Google have tables reserved there for an event...but that's Google, so who knows if anyone can do that or if there's any minimum. I would imagine if you go early enough (when it's more restaurant than bar) they could do it. Also I think there's a cover on Saturday nights, so going early might be the best idea to see if you can beat that. If you don't want to eat, you might not need a table anyway.
