Needish community guidelines

We want everyone to understand what it means to be a part of our community. We've come up with a few guidelines. Failure to follow these may result in the closure of your account.

A Need is a post sharing what a member of the community needs, be it a service, product, information or something else. Sales, publicity and other kinds of diffusion should not be posted as Needs. One-time sales can be posted as Sales Ads. To promote your company, please create a business profile by Registering your company.

Please remember to

• Be nice. Needish was created to give you a space where you can help and be helped. Respect is key, and we ask that every post be respectful and friendly.
• Post true information. If you want to buy something, it's important that your Need be real. And if you're going to help, really help with relevant information! Do not post Needs with nonsensical words or posts that are jokes or otherwise untrue. Also, please don't post the same Need multiple times. The same is true for Sales Ads.
• Enjoy Needish. Not everything is material Help or Needs. Have fun!
• Express yourself. Get in touch with comments, opinions or criticisms about the way our community works. We're always trying to improve, and we would love for you to be a part of that process! Please use the contact form rather than posting a Need to get in touch with us – it helps us to respond to you faster and prevents cluttering the site for other users.
• Use appropriate images. Please do not use pornographic, racist or otherwise offensive or illegal images, including copyrighted images that don't belong to you.

We do not allow the following content

• Spam - including exchange of email databases
• Porn
• Prostitution
• Drugs and medicines - Legal and illegal
• Doctors certificates
• Ugly or aggressive language.
• Selling bodyparts
• Asking for money, except for legitimate loans
• Private information regarding third parties, if they have not agreed to the publication
• Protected images that you do not have the right to publish
• Links to illegal content
• Exchange of copywrite protected material
• Complaints. Needish is not for complaints or for denouncing products, brands, businesses or people. Please try your local complaints-site!
• Comments regarding Needish functionality. If you have comments, please contact us
• Personal user information (name and lastname) different than that users real name and lastname
• Comments on these rules
• Any other illegal information or activities, in the country where you are using the service
